Her work is rare, precision-based, and tailored using the same methods she teaches inside her professional training programmes.

The Cater 2U experience is fully personalised from start to finish — created for clients who want lashes that feel truly their own. Your appointment time belongs to you, allowing for an unhurried, detail-focused experience.
Every visit begins with a personalised consultation, analysing your eye shape, features, style, and lifestyle to ensure your set is designed around you, never a template. Designs are tailored to your desired look — bold, soft, wispy, or refined — with the option to share inspiration or trust Rachel’s expert eye.
Using advanced techniques and premium materials, lashes are applied to feel weightless and wear beautifully. Bottom lashes are free and included in every set if wanted and a luxury lash shampoo kit is included with every appointment — because only the best is offered at PSC Lashes.

Once payment has been made, upload your proof of payment and continue with the booking process.

Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit and proof of payment are received.

Booking Policies

These booking Policies include both for PSC Academy and Services. Upon Deposit payment you are agreeing you have read and agree to the policy stated for both services and academy

Secure Your Appointment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Once payment is completed, please book your appointment below.

Pay Deposit

Deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your final balance.

Deposit Requirement:

A non-refundable deposit of €35 is mandatory for all appointments.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment before the scheduled service.

Payment Options

Only cash is accepted, and exact change is appreciated.
‍
Card payments are accepted with a €5 additional charge if cash is not available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit.
‍
Rescheduling is allowed before 48 hours with the same deposit.

Visuals and Content Agreement

By booking, you agree to the use of visuals and content for social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

Rescheduling by the Service Provider

Rescheduling, if necessary, will be communicated at least 1 hour before the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.Wether PSC Lashes cancels or reschedules an alternative appointment will always be offered

Late Arrival Policy

A €10 late fee applies for appointments delayed by 10 minutes.Appointments are automatically canceled if delayed by 15 minutes or more.

Cancellation Fees

If an appointment is canceled due to lateness or same-day cancellation, a 50% service fee is required to be paid this does not include the deposit

PSC ACADEMY

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

‍All deposits paid to secure your spot in any course are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover administrative and preparation costs for your training.

The deposit is required to secure your spot in the course and will be deducted from the total course fee.

‍ Agreement to Policy By paying the deposit, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all the policies outlined here by PSC Academy. 

It is the student's responsibility to read and understand all policies.

‍ Payment RequirementsThe remaining balance for the course must be paid in full on the day of the training. Failure to complete payment may result in exclusion from the course and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation and ReschedulingCancellations by the student within 3 weeks of course date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Not rescheduling.

. Certification RequirementsTo receive certification, students must complete the full course and meet the required standards during practical assessments.

Emergency / Out of Hours Appointments

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur an additional €25 charge.

Appointments before 11am , are out of hours and will incur n additional charge of +€25

Emergency last minute appointments , national holidays and all squeeze ins out of normal working hours incur an additional €25 charge
