A non-refundable deposit of €35 is mandatory for all appointments.
The remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment before the scheduled service.
Only cash is accepted, and exact change is appreciated.
Card payments are accepted with a €5 additional charge if cash is not available.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed before 48 hours with the same deposit.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur an additional €25 charge.
Appointments before 11am , are out of hours and will incur n additional charge of €25
Emergency minute appointments and all squeeze ins out of normal working hours incur an additional €25 charge
By booking, you agree to the use of visuals and content for social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
Rescheduling, if necessary, will be communicated at least 1 hour before the appointment.

A €10 late fee applies for appointments delayed by 10 minutes.Appointments are automatically canceled if delayed by 15 minutes or more.
If an appointment is canceled due to lateness or same-day cancellation, a 50% service fee is required.
Any form of rudeness, aggression, or threats will not be tolerated.
Ensure eyelashes and skin are clean and free from oils, creams, and lash glue.
Do not apply lotion to the eye area.
Follow provided advice for proper lash care.Refrain from consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment.
Use the restroom before the appointment, as pausing may be difficult during the session.
Book infills promptly, preferably three weeks after the initial appointment.
After three weeks, a set is classified as a full set, not an infill.

All deposits paid to secure your spot in any course are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover administrative and preparation costs for your training.
The deposit is required to secure your spot in the course and will be deducted from the total course fee.
